Refund and Returns Policy

From the purchase date(mentioned on your Luckystore invoice), you have three entire days i.e. 72 hours to return your purchased item, given the invoice bill is provided and the item is unused with its original or authentic packaging, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
To start a return, Kindly share an unboxing video of the parcel received by you at your doorstep with the clear visibility of the Order ID, Tracking ID And Our Logo to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order ID as the subject line.
Because of our business’s nature specific products are exempted from the return policy, which are enlisted as follows:
Perishable good , such as frozen fruits, vegetables, food and floral products.
Personal hygiene products.
Flammable liquids or gas and similar products
Certain other non-returnable items are gift cards, free offer products, certain health and personal care products
To initiate The Refund Claim For Any Order, We need An Unboxing Video of the parcel to verify the condition in which it was delivered to you.
The Buyer is responsible for bearing the return shipping charge of the product. After receiving the purchased product, our refunds team does a thorough inspection (which takes 24-72 hours) of it to come to a conclusion whether it is in the same condition as when it was delivered/purchased by you or not.
Please note that Shipping Charges ( Including Cash Handling Fees Charged By Courier Partner, Express/Last Minute Delivery Charges and Frozen Shipping Charges) Are Non-Refundable
After this we’ll inform you Via Mail.
If the refund was approved by us we’ll most definitely refund the respective amount to your Luckystore account. The Amount may take Within 5-7 business days to show up in your account.
NOTE: Only regularly priced items are subject to refund while products bought under ‘sale’ are not subject to refund.
You have the liberty to cancel your order made through our website within 30 minutes of placing it. After approval for cancellation, the refund will be under process and same will be returned to your account within a maximum span of seven days. (Rs. 99 will be Deducted on Cancellation)
Replacement or exchange of products is possible only when the item was defective or damaged at the purchase time. Unboxing Video is a mandate to initiate any exchange(s) If you wish to exchange it for the same product kindly send us an email stating the same to email@example.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately along with photographic proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping cost, which is non-negotiable and non-refundable. The purchased product has to be delivered back to us to begin the process of inspection. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the issued refund.
