Prosciutto, Ham & Provolone Sandwich
Cheese and ham are savory flavors that really benefit from a bit of sweetness. Our raspberry preserves bring out the best in both – especially in this sandwich. Perfect for a gourmet weekday lunch, this easy-to-make sandwich is tasty enough for a nice meal at home, too. Make sure to slice the meats thinly and use crunchy vegetables to get the most texture.
Ingredients:
- 8 Slices Whole Grain Bread
- ½ lb prosciutto di parma (thinly sliced)
- ¼ lb honey ham
- ¼ lb sliced provolone cheese
- 8 Tbsp Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves (or your favorite flavor)
- Romaine Lettuce
Directions:
For each sandwich spread 2 Tbsp. of Raspberry Bonne Maman Preserves on bottom slice of whole grain bread. Top with 3-4 slices of prosciutto, 1 slice of honey ham, 1-2 slices of provolone and romaine lettuce. Enjoy
Tip: If you want to heat things up, this sandwich tastes great pressed as a Panini!
Bonne Maman Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of crumbs made out of cake, cupcakes, or donuts
- ¼ cup Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
- White chocolate chips (about 12 ounces)
- Orange sprinkles for decorating
- Cake pop sticks (or lollipop sticks)
- 2 Styrofoam blocks
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the crumbs with enough preserves to make them moist, and stick together when you grab a handful and squeeze gently.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form 1-inch balls with the crumb mixture and place on sheet.
- Freeze cake balls for at least 1 hour, until frozen.
- In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips over low heat until melted.
- Take out the cake balls and have the sprinkles in bowls, ready to use. Also have the Styrofoam blocks ready.
- Dip ½ inch of the cake pop stick into the chocolate, and stick into the middle of a cake ball.
To make:
- Dip the cake ball into the chocolate, making sure you dip some of the base of the stick too, as once it hardens, the chocolate will help keep it on the stick. Twirl gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Decorate with orange sprinkles, or decorate as desired.
- Place in Styrofoam block to harden. Repeat with the rest of the cake pops. Once hardened completely, serve.

To initiate The Refund Claim For Any Order, We need An Unboxing Video of the parcel to verify the condition in which it was delivered to you.
