Ottogi Jin Ramen's noodles are almost solely made of wheat flour, potato starch, palm oil, and salt; that combination is what creates the chewy, and pleasantly mouth-feel characteristics of the noodles. The soup base is made of salt, soy sauce powder, red pepper powder which create and harmonious balance of salty flavor along with spicy notes. Less notable ingredients are garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, mushroom extract to give the broth its depth and richness.
