Korean glass noodles are called Dangmyeon in Korea, and they are a classic, old-school ingredient in traditional Korean meals. Made with 100% sweet potato starch, they are an unbound shape, have a rubbery & chewy texture, and are clear when cooked. Now this is perfect for soaking up all the flavor from a stir-fry, or sauce or liquid from broth or marinade. Traditionally in Korea they are used with the most famous and beloved sweet and savory noodle dish called Japchae, which is becoming popular here in the U.S., but these noodles can also be used in soups and hot pots, or served cold with a sesame dressing. Cooking Method:

To prepare it, the noodles can be soaked in warm (not boiling) water or boiled / boiled in water for 6-7 minutes until the noodles are soft and have a nice chewy texture. Once drained, rinse with cold water to stop cooking and mix with any vegetables, meat and/or tofu.
